The Creator of this MBSR Course

Dave Potter is the creator of the Palouse Mindfulness online course and is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction instructor. He received his training through University of Massachusetts Medical School where Jon Kabat-Zinn founded the Center for Mindfulness and is a retired psychotherapist with specialties in anxiety, stress, and trauma.
