Mindful Enneagram is a coaching curriculum designed to take the wisdom of the Enneagram and pair it with a mindfulness practice with the goal of assisting clients in applying this transformative knowledge to their everyday lives - at work, in relationships, while stressed, and as they engage with their families and communities.
SOMETHING WAS MISSING...
I have been working with the Enneagram for the better part of a decade and started teaching it five years ago. Throughout my application and teaching of the Enneagram I began to notice that there was something that wasn't clicking for my attendees... A missing piece that was critical to successfully incorporate the Enneagram and help the practitioner "stay awake" to the wisdom we uncover in working with the tool.
That "something" is a practice that develops our capacity for intentional presence or mindfulness.
